Physical Health Check
We start with a thorough inspection of your vehicle's current condition. Every hose, clamp, and connection is checked. We connect our diagnostic tools and read the baseline ECU data before any work begins.
Baseline Logging
We capture real time data under load with precision data logging. Air intake temps, fuel trims, boost curves, exhaust backpressure. This becomes our reference point for what's to come.
Custom Calibration
This is where Sherzad Haus Alpha comes in. We build a custom map tailored to your exact configuration. No generic files. Every fuel table, timing curve, and boost target is dialled in for your hardware.
Verification
Final validation under load and on the road. We log again, compare before and after, make final adjustments, and confirm everything is running within safe factory tolerances.

Why We Do Not Use Generic Maps
Most tuners flash a generic file and call it done. We do not do that. Here is the difference.

Most off the shelf tuning files are copied from forum uploads or generic supplier databases. They are designed to work on average vehicles with average modifications. They have no real data backing them.
