TCU Read
We connect to your transmission control unit and extract the current calibration, checking for any fault codes or adaptive values that need to be accounted for.
Custom Mapping
We adjust shift points, shift firmness, response time, and torque converter lock up behaviour to match your driving style and engine tune specifications.
Validation
We test the transmission through all drive modes, multiple gear changes, and various throttle inputs to confirm clean operation with no issues.

Autel Elite Diagnostics
We use the Autel Elite to interface with your transmission control unit, reading fault codes and current calibration tables. This gives us full visibility into the transmission health before we make any changes.
DSG/ZF Software Access
We connect directly to the transmission ECU to modify shift maps, torque converter lock up strategies, and launch control parameters. This is not a generic TCU tune, it is custom written for your vehicle.
Multi Drive Mode Calibration
We program Comfort, Sport, and Individual modes separately so each delivers a distinct feel without compromising daily drivability. We calibrate each mode to work perfectly with your engine tune.
Common Questions
Will it damage my gearbox?+
We map within safe torque limits for your specific gearbox model. The calibration is built to protect the transmission, not push it beyond its limits. We have extensive experience with DSG and ZF calibrations.
Can I still drive in comfort mode?+
Yes. We calibrate each drive mode independently. Sport mode becomes sharper and more responsive while comfort mode keeps its relaxed, easy character.
Do I need a transmission tune with my engine tune?+
We generally recommend doing both together. When the engine and transmission are calibrated together, the result is a much more cohesive driving experience.
What is launch control?+
Launch control optimises clutch engagement and rpm for the best possible acceleration from a standing start. We set it up safely to protect your clutch while delivering impressive launch performance.
