Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sherzad Haus Automotive website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services and Booking

All services are provided subject to availability. Booking an appointment does not guarantee service completion until the vehicle has been inspected and assessed by our technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle does not meet our safety or compatibility standards.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on vehicle condition, modification history, and specific requirements. Payment is collected in person after the service is completed. We do not accept online deposits or advance payments for tuning services.

3. Vehicle Inspection

Prior to any tuning work, all vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection to assess engine health, existing modifications, and suitability for calibration. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle presents safety concerns or is incompatible with our tuning solutions.

4. Warranty and Liability

All calibrations include our Sherzad Alpha warranty covering tune-related issues for 12 months from the date of service, subject to terms and conditions. This warranty does not cover pre-existing faults, damage caused by subsequent modifications by other parties, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherzad Haus Automotive disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All calibration files, maps, and technical data developed for your vehicle remain the intellectual property of Sherzad Haus Automotive. We reserve the right to use anonymised performance data for marketing and educational purposes.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle, including any modifications, previous tuning work, or known issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may void the warranty and release us from liability for resulting problems.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a booking fee for future appointments. We understand that circumstances change and handle each situation with flexibility where possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services re-performed if they are not of acceptable quality and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
