Vehicle Scan
We run a full diagnostic scan to identify your exact control unit and confirm it needs unlocking before any tuning can be written.
ECU Removal
The control unit is carefully removed from the vehicle and prepared for secure bench work.
Bench Unlocking
We unlock the ECU on the bench so it can accept a custom calibration, then store and package it securely throughout.
Reinstallation and Scan
The unlocked ECU is refitted and we run a final scan to confirm every system communicates correctly.

Why does my car need ECU unlocking?+
Many newer BMW and Mercedes platforms from 2020 and newer ship with locked control units. We unlock the ECU first so it can accept a custom tune. Without this step the calibration cannot be written.
How long does it take?+
The expected turnaround is under two weeks. We remove the ECU, unlock it on the bench, then reinstall and run a full scan to confirm everything communicates properly.
Which cars is this for?+

Do I need to pre book?+
